Over the summer, I had the pleasure of working with local artist Jacob Eveland on a mural project for the UCI bike race in September. I had no clue how incredible an artist this guy was until I looked at his website and instantly fell in love with his work. The use of line and contrast in his work is something I'm really interested in, and I'm not the biggest fan of crazy color either. There is something so unique about his art in the sense that he puts an unrealistic spin on something ordinary. He seems to have found what he's passionate about and what his style is and I like seeing that quality in an artist.
